Year 7 Coronation Celebration & Team Building Events

In the lead up to the Coronation, The Appleton School held a series of Coronation Team Building events for our Year 7 students on Thursday 27th April and Tuesday 2nd May 2023.

The activities and events organised ran on a carousel across the two days. The students were given the opportunity to experience a fun filled fully immersive planetarium experience called ‘The Stardome’ and participate with a Performing Arts group. As well as this a number of our own staff run team building activities such as a Duke of Edinburgh challenge and traditional British games. All of which was a suitable tribute that will stay in the memory of all those involved for many years to come.

Furthermore, the school canteen also offered a traditional afternoon tea on Tuesday 2nd May. Below are just some of the pictures from the events that took place.
