We are pleased to announce that we have installed a new biometric cashless catering system and a new service called ParentPay. These will provide a more convenient way to pay for school meals, trips, school transport, music tuition and much more.
The cashless catering system will commence on Thursday 5th July 2007. Students will be informed of and given training on how to use the system before this date. ParentPay will 'go live' shortly before this date allowing parents to start making payments for school meals.
The revaluation units will be available for a student to deposit money into his/her account from Monday 2nd July after he/she has been registered on the system. Any cheques should be sent into school from Monday 2nd July and will be entered onto the student's account by Thursday 5th July.
Please allow 24 hours for payment made by cheque and ParentPay to register on a student's account. Money paid in to a revaluation unit will be credited on the day of entry.
After the 5th July 2007 cash will not be accepted as a method of payment by catering staff, students must use the revaluation units or arrange for payment by cheque or ParentPay first.
