The Appleton School operates an online payment service called ParentPay. This provides a more convenient way to pay for school meals, trips, school transport, music tuition and much more.
Parents/guardians are issued with a unique username and password which they change to something memorable. It is possible to have a second account for a parent who lives apart from the student or for another family member such as grandparent who may wish to make additional payments.
Please allow 24 hours for payment made by ParentPay to register on a student's account.
Our biometric catering system is directly linked to the ParentPay system and offers the best way of crediting a student’s account.
Cash is not accepted as a method of payment by catering staff.
